Electric Usage
how your electric home appliance cost of your electric bill:
1) fluorescent lamp = 36 W
2) Ceiling fan = 100 W
3) Refrigerator 560 L= 1000 W
4) Rice cooker = 700 W
5) Air Conditioner = 1200 W
6) Vacuum cleaner = 1200 W
7) Computer = 750 W
8) LCD TV = 75 W
9) Range Hood = 100 W
10) Washing machine (7 kg) = 700 W
11) Washing machine (12.5 kg) = 1200 W
12) Toaster = 700 W
13) Iron = 1200 W
14) Tumble Dryer = 1200 W
My electric usage per day:
1) fluorescent lamp = 36 W x 8 h = 288 Wh x 3 = 864 Wh
2) Ceiling fan = 100 W x 12 h = 1200 Wh x 2 = 2400 Wh
3) Refrigerator = 1000 W x 24 h = 24000 Wh
4) Rice cooker = 700 W x 2h = 1400 Wh
5) Air Conditioner = 1200 W x 6h = 7200 Wh
6) Computer = 750 W x 20 h = 15000 Wh
7) LCD TV = 75 W x 8 h = 600 Wh
8) Range Hood = 100 W x 1 h = 100 Wh
9) Washing machine (12.5 kg) = 1200 W x 1 h = 1200 Wh
10) Toaster = 700 W x 0.2 h = 140 Wh
12) Iron = 1200 W x 1 h = 1200 Wh
13) Tumble Dryer = 1200 W x 2h = 2400 Wh
total estimate = 43004 Wh = 43.004 Kwh
1 Kwh = RM0.286
So the cost of my electricity is RM12.29 per day.

Insulin resistance (IR) is one psychological state where natural hormone, insulin, become less effective in process lower sugar level in blood. Increase in blood glucose from normal level namely 4.5 - 5.5 mmol will cause adverse health effects. When sugar in high blood and not control, it will cause damage in different organs such as eye, kidney, heart and others.

Chromium
Chromium helps diabetics and pre-diabetics boost their insulin sensitivity by increasing both the number of insulin receptors on cells and the activity of those receptors. Supplementation with chromium provides better control of sugar with less insulin.
Chromium, an essential mineral, is necessary for the formation of Glucose Tolerance Factor, a compound that regulates the body's use of glucose and helps to balance blood sugar. Chromium is also used in the metabolism and storage of fats, proteins, and carbohydrates by the body. Although there is no hard evidence that chromium aids weight loss or reduces body fat, as has been suggested in the past, chromium does have many other health benefits.
